Liz Jackson, FCIPD

Liz Jackson is a Chartered Fellow of  the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is also a member of the HR Inner Circle.

Liz brings a depth of experience in human resources developed over many years in the field of HR across various industry sectors at director level.  She is responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective service across the company’s portfolio. Her extensive commercial experience has equipped her with valuable insights into clients’ pain points and the ability to guide businesses to the right solution in any given situation.

With over 30 years’ experience Liz specialises in:

• reviewing and implementing robust systems,
• performance and efficiency measures,
• independent case reviews,
• employee engagement,
• TUPE transfers, and
• providing employment law advice to clients with a remarkable 100% employment tribunal success rate.

Liz is also a Scottish Chamber of Commerce Business Mentor and was Chair of CIPD Scotland for 7 years.
