2013 Employment Law Update Alert

2013 will see a number of changes coming through in employment law.  The Government recently announced its plans for reforming TUPE and has confirmed its intentions for shared parental leave and flexible working.

The Government has also set out mechanisms for early conciliation of Tribunal claims and a commitment to setting up a state-run occupational health advisory service.

These changes will of course have an impact on employers large and small.  We will be providing more information about these changes over the next few weeks.
