We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Part Time Administration Assistant. Our business is a leading provider of recruitment & HR in the local area.

As our Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the MD and your colleagues with general admin duties, financial tasks, HR and other activities to support the effective running of the business.

Based at our head office in Perth the role presents the opportunity to work within a strong and dedicated team.

Qualifications Required

Qualified by experience in a similar role


  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be organised to ensure deadlines are met
  • Confident
  • Highly motivated and hard working
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
