Fairways is recruiting an experienced Administrator for our City Centre client.  This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday.

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing and supporting all administration work within a busy office environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Deal efficiently with customer enquiries
  • General and process purchase orders
  • Raise job cards
  • Log data onto computerised system
  • Collate timesheets
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Answer calls
  • Incoming & outgoing mail and postage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • General admin duties

Required Skills :

  • Computer literate
  • Experience of working within a busy office 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
