Fairways has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our professional and established client based in Perth.This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with an employer who supports employee development.

 

If you are looking for an entry level role where you can develop your career whilst receiving ongoing training and support.then this could be the perfect career move for you. Working as part of a small, busy team your duties will include

  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Online banking
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Management accounts and VAT returns
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries or passing over to correct staff member 
  •  Any other duties as and when required
  • Liaising with all staff and directors
You must be motivated and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a desire to progress in a finance based role. You will ideally have an HNC or HND in an accountancy based subject or will have some relevant work experience however, full training will be provided.
